Robin is a great realtor and was very friendly and personable with us. She and her team really helped us out in our time of need and they did everything they could to get our VA loan approved. VA home loans typically don’t do condo purchases. None of us knew that our home was actually a “detached condo”, even though everything about it was a house! Well this threw us in for a loop as we found out it could take “weeks to months” even to get this approved. We were in a hurry to get our home and everybody did their part in getting necessary paperwork submitted to VA. In a couple short weeks, Robin and her team helped get our loan approved! Thank you!
